Delivery

Delivery time frames quoted by us are merely estimates, and should not be taken as commitments. E&E will not bear the responsibility for any non-delivery, delay in delivery, and any loss or damage whatsoever that are caused directly or indirectly by any events that are a result of the elements of nature or anything beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disaster (flood, earthquake, etc.), fire, war, import bans, etc.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram. Please take note that shipping will be charged based on either actual product weight or volumetric weight of the product, depending which is higher. You will be informed of the final freight cost prior to any shipment being processed.

Legal Compliance

By visiting E&E Clearance Store, you agree that the laws of Singapore, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and our registered company E&E.

Return / Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds. However, to ensure your complete satisfaction with your items purchased from E&E, we offer a 7-days 1-for-1 (same item) product exchange policy for defective products from the date of purchase as stated in the purchase receipt, and subjected to the following terms and conditions:

  • You are the first purchaser of the product as shown on your purchase receipt issued by E&E.
  • The product inclusive of all included accessories and packaging are in perfect physical and operational condition.
  • Serial number for the product inclusive of packaging has not been defaced, removed, or modified.
  • If the product or included accessory is found to have damage and/or faults arising from or caused by physical abuse including impact, chemical or moisture, operator error, force majeure, wear and tear and unauthorised attempts by the user to disassemble, service or modify the product, E&E reserves the right to refuse exchange or refund.
  • Once you have made payment on Pre-owned, Demo or B-Stock items, the sale is considered final and condition accepted as-is.
  • Unless the product is determined to be defective upon arrival, you agree to bear all shipping and handling charges related to the exchange of product E&E reserves the right to determine if the product is defective upon arrival.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
