These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website at http://store.enepl.com.sg. By accessing this website as a user (referred to as "you/your"), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

To purchase via the clearance store, you must register for an E&E account (“Account”) by providing your full legal name, current address, phone number, a valid email address, and any other information indicated as required. E&E may reject your application for an Account, or cancel an existing Account, for any reason, at our sole discretion.

You must be (i) 18 years, or (ii) at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside and from which you use the services to open an Account.

You acknowledge that E&E will use the email address you provide on opening an Account or as updated by you from time to time as the primary method for communication with you.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. E&E cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your Account and password.

You are responsible for all activity in connection with your Account.

Definitions

Company (referred to as either “E&E”, "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to ELECTRONICS & ENGINEERING PTE LTD, 285 OUTRAM ROAD, SINGAPORE 169069.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to E&E Clearance Store, accessible from http://store.enepl.com.sg
You, means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Purchasing & Price

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. All prices published by E&E are inclusive of 7% Goods & Services Tax (GST) for domestic (Singapore) fulfilment, unless otherwise expressly stated. E&E reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment received; credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, E&E will refund the amount of the charge in full. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

An order placed is a legally binding agreement to purchase the product(s) from us and constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions at will prior to the order being placed. Once an order is placed and accepted by our system, there shall not be any cancellation of orders. Electronic signatures and acceptance of contracts formed electronically are governed by the Electronic Transactions Act (ETA) (Cap 88) (rev. 2010) and to sections 417 or 420 of the Penal Code (Cap 224) under Singapore Law.
Please ensure that your payment and credit information provided is 100% true and with full disclosure. Any additional charges imposed by you during or after the purchase will be borne by you and credited to your credit card company.

Product Warranty and Disclaimer

All warranties will be provided by the respective original manufacturer appointed local distributors and service centres in accordance with their terms & conditions.
You will be required to produce your purchase receipt from E&E when making a warranty claim. Purchase receipt document(s) must clearly state the name of product, product serial number and date of purchase. The repaired/replaced parts will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period as specified by the respective manufacturer’s warranty policy on the product.
Product warranty will commence from your date of purchase found on your purchase receipt issued by E&E, and covers you against manufacturing defects, defined as and limited to defective materials, parts and workmanship used during the manufacture of the product.

Product warranty will only cover the original purchasing party, is limited and does not cover damage and faults arising from or caused by physical abuse including impact, chemical or moisture, operator error, force majeure, wear and tear and unauthorised attempts by the user to disassemble, service or modify the product unless otherwise specified. Product warranty does not cover products where serial numbers on the product and packaging have been defaced, removed, or modified in any way.

We offer a 7-days 1-for-1 (same item) product exchange policy for all defective items from the date of purchase as stated in the purchase receipt and subjected to the following terms and conditions:

You are the first purchaser of the product as shown on your purchase receipt issued by E&E.
The product inclusive of all included accessories and packaging are in perfect physical and operational condition.
Serial number for the product inclusive of packaging has not been defaced, removed, or modified.
If the product or included accessory is found to have damage and/or faults arising from or caused by physical abuse including impact, chemical or moisture, operator error, force majeure, wear and tear and unauthorised attempts by the user to disassemble, service or modify the product, E&E reserves the right to refuse exchange or refund.
Product marked “as-is” condition will not be covered by any warranty.

Items in Clearance section marked as Brand New in the Box (BNIB), EX-DEMO or B-Stock

We offer a 7-days 1-for-1 (same item) product exchange policy for defective Clearance items marked as Brand New in the Box (BNIB), EX-DEMO or B-Stock from the date of purchase as stated in the purchase receipt, and subjected to the following terms and conditions:

You are the first purchaser of the product as shown on your purchase receipt issued by E&E.
The product inclusive of all included accessories and packaging are in perfect physical and operational condition.
Serial number for the product inclusive of packaging has not been defaced, removed or modified.
If the product or included accessory is found to have damage and/or faults arising from or caused by physical abuse including impact, chemical or moisture, operator error, force majeure, wear and tear and unauthorised attempts by the user to disassemble, service or modify the product, E&E reserves the right to refuse exchange or refund.

There will not be any product warranty beyond the 7-days 1-for-1 exchange policy for Clearance items marked as Brand New in the Box (BNIB), EX-DEMO or B-Stock.
